Take oxygen throughout the body. They carry pumped blood under high pressure away from your heart through smaller branched tubes called capillaries (connect arteries to veins).

Blood - White blood cells are also part of the immune system
Veins - No oxygen. They carry deoxygenated blood from tissues and back into the heart with less force.
